The Customer Service role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. A standard contract includes a fixed 40 hours per week. Depending on role location, there are roles available based 100% at home, or 100% in an office.
Traditionally, shifts are 5 x 9-hour days (including a 1-hour break). We schedule shifts based on a variety of shift patterns from Monday to Sunday for on-site or home-based Customer Service Associates, including days, evenings, weekends, and night shifts. You will receive a night shift on any given day where 50% or more of your working hours fall during night shifts.
In addition, we offer paid time off – annual leave is 14 days. You may need to work public holidays, if your shift falls on those days. However, your annual leave entitlement includes an allowance for public holidays, which means you can choose to take the time off on other days.
