• Enter a new PIN and click "Update".

You're done! You can go back to the log-in screen and log in to your account using your email address and new PIN.

You already have a candidate account with Amazon!

You can confirm or edit information in your account by following these steps:

1. Log in to your candidate account at https://jobs.amazon.jo
2. Open the dropdown menu on the upper righthand side of the screen
3. Click on 'My Personal Information'

You will be directed to the Edit Profile page, where you can edit the information in your profile. If you make any changes, be sure to click ""Save"".

If the information you want to edit is not available, please contact us.

To complete the application and tests you must do it from a Windows computer using, preferably, Mozilla Firefox as a search engine. You need to have a headset and a stable connection to the internet. Try to be in a quiet place without interruptions.

You can check the status of your application by following these steps.

3. Click ""My Jobs"" in the dropdown menu

There, you can see the status of the jobs you've applied for. You will be notified by email of any updates related to your application.

There are a variety of reasons why an application is rejected. We are unable to provide details on why an application has been rejected. If you are still interested, you can reapply for the positions you qualify for at https://jobs.amazon.jo

There are a variety of reasons why an app is removed. Here are some of the most common reasons:

- The application is incomplete

- The candidate did not take any action, such as scheduling an appointment or completing the requested information

- The candidate did not arrive for a scheduled appointment

If you accidentally answered 'No' to a question and were unable to complete your application, you will need to contact us directly for assistance.

You can withdraw your application by following these steps.

1. Sign in to your account at https://jobs.amazon.jo
2. Open the dropdown menu on the upper righthand side of the screen
3. Click on “My Jobs” to see your active applications
4. Click on “Withdraw” to remove your application from consideration

The assessment opens a new window so ensure that your pop-up blockers are disabled. Internet Explorer or Firefox are the best web browsers to use to complete your application. Please ensure that popup blockers have been disabled. Click the links below to view how to disable a popup blocker for different devices.

1) Windows Devices using Internet Explorer: Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button , and then select Internet options. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box, and then select OK.

2) Windows Devices using Firefox: Open Firefox, select menu in the left hand corner of the window Select Options, click Content To disable all pop-ups, uncheck the 'Block Pop-Up Windows' box Click Ok.

3) Apple Devices using Safari: Launch Settings. Tap Safari. Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.

4) Apple Devices using Chrome: On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click the icon you see: Menu or More . Click Settings. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings. Under ""Privacy,"" click Content settings. Under ""Pop-ups,"" select an option: Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended) Allow all sites to show pop-ups.

5) Android Devices using Chrome: At the top right, click the icon you see: Menu or More. Click Settings. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings. Under ""Privacy,"" click Content settings. Under ""Pop-ups,"" select an option: Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended) Allow all sites to show pop-ups.

In order to successfully complete the assessment, all questions must be answered. Missing answers to questions will be brought to your attention when you try to submit the assessment. If you are receiving an error message that you have left questions blank, please click on the page number below the error message. You will be taken to the page of the assessment where a question is blank. Once you have selected an answer for each question, you can select 'Return to Error Page' to correct any additional errors and submit the assessment.

To request a change of schedule, contact us at least 2 weeks before starting work, a recruiter will indicate if there are options to make the change. Applications for change will not be accepted near the start date.

The work contract will be sent by email 2-3 days before the work start date.

A recruiter will provide you the respective work details, in general, the customer service associates will work 5 days a week for a total of 40 hours. In accordance with the labor legislation of Jordan. if required, workers will work 6 days and must not exceed 48 hours in the same week of work.

You are no longer required to use a password when accessing your Employee Document Portal (MyDocs). Simply log into https://joining.docs.amazon.com with the Username and PIN that you use to access your Amazon Jobs profile.

You will receive an invitation prior to your start date to complete the required paperwork. The email will come from this email address: MyDocs-noreply@onbaseonline.com. We suggest that you add this email address to your address book and check your spam/junk mail folders to ensure that you receive the email.

You can confirm that your documents are complete by signing into your MyDocs portal here joining.docs.amazon.com. On the left hand side of the page you will see the 'Read and Accept your Documents' section. If you see, ""You don't have any documents to sign right now"", then your documents have been successfully submitted! If you do not see this message, then please review and accept any additional documents.

We recommend that you use either Internet Explorer or Firefox as your internet browser when accessing MyDocs. Additionally, please sign your documents on a computer rather than from a mobile device (smart phone or tablet).
